About Childlife

Childlife began raising funds for its four special charities in 1993, initially to administer payroll giving donations for the four charities. Since then, over £3,300,000 has been raised by people making a monthly, quarterly or annual donation, through payroll giving or direct debits.

We are accredited by the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA)

"The money we receive through Childlife gives us the opportunity to help many more of the 35,000 deaf children and their families in the UK. The money goes towards all of NDCS' areas of work. Whether it's being there on the phone to offer emotional support and advice to many of the families of the 3 babies born deaf each day; to running family communication services to help deaf children and their families communicate with each other properly - often for the first time - the support we provide is vital in ensuring deaf children can lead rewarding and fulfilling lives.
