What Else?
A Day to Play
On 4 August, thousands of children and young people up and down the country took part in this year’s Playday. Hundreds of locally organised events took place in celebration of children’s right to play, and to raise awareness about some serious issues affecting children’s play. This year’s campaign, supported by the NCB was themed ‘Our Place’ and aimed to put children at the heart of communities and for everyone to help create better places for all of us to live and play.
