Make your donations go further with Gift Aid.

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can increase the value of your donations to Childlife by 25% at no cost to yourself. By simply making a Gift Aid Declaration, Childlife can reclaim the basic rate of tax that you have already paid on any donations, even those made up to four years ago.

You can make a Gift Aid Declaration in the following ways:

• By phone - call us on 01252 628 072 and we can take your declaration over the phone. You will then receive a written confirmation from us a couple of days later

• Email - download our Gift Aid form and email it to us at: info@childlife.org.uk    
• Post - download the attached form and once you have completed it, send it to the following address: Childlife, Freepost SEA3004, Fleet GU51 3BR
