Covid-19 – changes to our contact
The three Childlife staff will be working remotely, with the phone line diverted to a personal mobile and access to email and our website. Please email or use the Contact Us form below if possible and only call if you are not able to do so. We will be online every weekday to deal with any queries. Direct Debit donations
We understand that everyone is adapting to an unusual situation at the moment and that includes reviewing your financial position. If you are considering canceling your Direct Debit donation, we would like to offer you the opportunity to take a ‘payment holiday’, which can be anything from one to 6 months, to enable you to continue to support us in the future, rather than an immediate cancellation. The easiest way to do this is to go to the secure Control My Payments page, simply register with the email address you gave to us. If you are unable to this online, please let us know by how many payments (months) you would like to suspend donations for, using the form below or email as shown.
The four Childlife charities are facing the toughest of times during the Covid-19 pandemic, which will have far-reaching consequences well beyond the immediate few months. Childlife has suspended face-to-face fundraising which is the main way we attract new supporters, and sadly this will impact on the children, young people and families who rely on the four charities we support. We really appreciate how much our existing supporters are standing by us during this extremely unusual time.
